There are no updates for the Treo 650 & probably never will be. Then download and install the Parrot update tool, here: Install it, run it, and follow the directions through the point where you download the image for your particular Parrot model (3200LS Color in my case). I've elaborated below, based on my particular experience. Then get the fine manual, here: Read the manual, and follow the directions. I also had to download and install the bluetooth software from Lenovo and turn on the bluetooth radio, but that's another story.
First find a laptop running Windows XP that has bluetooth and runs Windows XP, is all up-to-date, and isn't full of malware. Why yes, I know how to update the Parrot's firmware.
